I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is R. Bryan Smith, CEO and President of Allstate Builders, LLC. I have over 12+ years in the construction industry having been involved in a variety of facets: site-built, pre-fab, mobile, modular, and panelization. My latest venture has been building framing packages using the manufactured housing technique of panelization. I am in business to save builders both time and money on their next project and because I truly believe that the use of components and framing packages are the wave of the future for the building industry.

A little about my company…

Allstate Builders is a manufacturer of floor trusses, wall panels, and roof trusses. Together, combined with the necessary building materials, we create unique ”dry-in“ framing packages that ensure a quick and accurate set-up.  Each product is designed to be built on any lot, at any location, and meet or exceed local and state building codes. We are committed to offering top quality lumber in all the products we manufacture. Due to little or no waste and recycled materials, we take pride in ”green building“ for the best of our environment.

Allstate Builders is dedicated in understanding our customer’s needs. That is why we believe that customer service is top priority. From the first call, to the completion of the builder’s project, we are there every step of the way. Allstate Builders takes the extra step in order to provide the technical and administrative assistance that ensures the success of your next project!
