Wall Panels

Allstate Builders’ wall panel system is completely panelized. This means that all walls are built using an automated framing table then assembled on a production line in stages. The panelized system as a whole focuses on retaining traditional construction while producing quality wall panels in an environmentally controlled manufacturing facility away from harmful weather.

Our pre-made component shop has several stations:

Chop Saw

Miter Saw

Panel Saw

Variety of sub-component tables

We currently build engineered wall panels to the following specifications:

Standard 8 ft. sidewall

All studs pre-drilled for wiring

All studs 16“ O.C.

All exterior walls are sheathed with O.S.B. and vaporizing house wrap

Offered options:

· Upgraded 2x6 walls

· Upgraded 9’ walls to 12’ wall heights

· Builder name on house wrap

Wall Panels

· According to the Wood Truss of America, wall lumber use can be optimized, with studs designed at the optimum spacing for the applied roof and floor truss loads. Generally, less lumber is required.

· Walls are square.

· Placement plans can be generated, picking up all bearing locations and showing correct locations, for easy setting. Wall panels are marked accordingly.

· Only the best Metal is used.

· Proper nailing patterns are used.

· Studs and headers are designed to support applied loads.

· Sheathing is applied in the factory, saving time in the field.
