The following are a number of advantages to using panelized construction:
1. Significant cost reductions through mass production. Building the same interior and exterior walls can greatly reduce labor costs and costly reworks.
2. Faster completion of walls. Wall panels are assembled in hours, not days.
3. Improved quality control. Panelized construction eliminates delays caused by material shortage, labor shortage, and scheduling problems. Allstate Builder’s wall panels are guaranteed to be square.
4. Materials and components are kept safe inside our facility. This safe environment prevents warping, shrinking, twisting, rotting, and/or swelling.
5. Less on-site waste. Designing a set of panelized blueprints will simply enhance the efficient utilization of labor and materials on a job site. This process allows a builder to reduce on scrap, cut and fit problem solving, and cumbersome reworks.
6. Reduced on-site supervision and less labor shortage. A lead carpenter with two helpers is all you need to dry-in a standard house. Allstate Builders’ installation is available.
7. Inventoried materials can be better controlled and managed. Instead of keeping up with 2x4s, 2x6s, OSB, sheathing, nails, staples and house wrap, simply stack and count your floor trusses, walls, and roof trusses. This makes budget tracking easier.
8. Ease of components assembly. An easy-to-follow blueprint and a lead carpenter is all you need to assemble our packages.
9. Reduction of job site theft and vandalism. It is a hard to steal a 20-foot framed wall section. Drying in your house allows for quicker security when you can finally lock your tools and materials inside your house or building. Locking up your house also ensures that unwanted visitors cannot ruin your work and put your further behind.
10. Reduced construction loan interest. A faster construction cycle means a reduction in loan interest.
11. Lumber discounts. We buy in volume in order to save you money.
12. Accurate job costing. Wall panels and components are easier to estimate for because they stay relatively consistent in price as compared to the ever changing lumber market.
