Commercial

Allstate builders/Roofing LLC also does snow removal in the winter Commercial or residential.

We can facilitate either commercial parking lots or sidewalks and driveways

Multi-unit and commercial properties on monthly or per trip contracts. Snow will be cleared on per-snowfall service; within 24 hours of the END OF SNOWFALL.

Commercial snow removal involves walkways and entrances, parking lots, and application of deicer* to slippery areas.

Residential

Snow Removal Service offers snow removal by method of snow shovelling or use of a snow blower or both for residential properties on monthly or per trip contracts.

Snow will be cleared per-snowfall service. Residential snow removal involves city sidewalk and to front door, side of house and back walk to lane or garage as well as driveways. Walks are cleared within 24 hours of the END OF SNOWFALL.

Side or corner lots require more labor and will be assessed a small extra fee

* Please note that sidewalk deicer is not automatically applied to slippery areas; it is optional at customer's discretion at an extra per pound charge. Issues of drifting, freezing rain, ice from eaves troughs etc. are not included with snow removal service, and are dealt with on a request only and may involve extra charges.

Charges *

Plow truck $100 per hour (two hour minimums apply on commercial properties)

Skid steer $80 per hour (two hour minmum)

ATV $75 per hour

Snow blower $35 per hour

Hand shoveling $35 per hour

*Prices may vary due to type of terrain. Depth of snowfall, accessablilty, distance traveled.
